- You MUST bring to the workshop:
- $725 Money Order payable to U.S Department of Homeland Security
- Permanent Resident card
- Social Security card
- Marriage Certificate, if you are married
- Permanent Resident card or Certificate of Naturalization of your spouse, if s/he is a U.S. citizen (or know the Dater of Naturalization)
- Divorce Certificate(s), if you and/or your spouse have been divorced
- You MUST know the (1) full name, (2) date of birth, (3) date of marriage and (4) date of divorce of ALL prior marriages of you and/or your spouse
- (1) Full name, (2) date of birth, (3) A-Number and (4) address of ALL your children
- All passports that you have ever used to travel
- You MUST know:
- All the addresses where you have lived in the past 5 years
- Your employment history during the last 5 years
- Eligibility letter in English from DCF and/or Social Security, if you are receiving public benefits
- If you have ever been arrested, cited or detained, you MUST bring a Certified Copy of the Arrest and Final Court Dispositionfor all the cases.
